The availability of high-quality reference data is integral to basic and applied research of diseases. The generation of such epigenome reference maps will hopefully lead to the discovery of new insights and treatment methods. The International Human Epigenome Consortium (IHEC) is a global consortium aiming to map the complete human epigenome. As a member of IHEC, data generated by EpiHK is publicly available through the IHEC data portal.
