HiC-Seq

Hi-C is a genome-wide chromosome conformation capture technique used to investigate the three-dimensional organization of chromatin. Through proximal ligation after crosslinking and enzymatic digestion, the physical spatial arrangement of the genome within the nuclei can be inferred and profiled. 

The center uses a kit from Arima Genomics, Inc. for our HiC-seq experiments.  A link to their website is given below.
